This project was born as one of the initiatives of the Academy of Activism, held by the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in November 2020, in order to train young activists to defend their causes. Also, the project was developed with the support of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. Young people from ACMS, part of this academy were engaged in this project, which consisted of:
1. Researching the shortcomings of clinical practice in medical students at UMT and submitting a request to the Rectorate of UMT, where the needs of the student community were presented.
2. The online campaign on the importance of medical practice and the emphasis on all actors that influence its improvement.
3. Publication: Policy Paper – The Importance of Practice in Medical Students
4. Publication: I graduated, now what? – a booklet with stories from seven Albanian doctors who have chosen to build their careers outside Albania.
